Elliott Bauer Ltd collects and processes personal data relating to its candidates to fulfil its role as a recruitment consultancy. It is in the legitimate interests of all parties involved.     To third parties where we have retained them to provide services that have been requested including, references, qualifications and CRB checking services, verification of the details you have provided from third party source, psychometric evaluation or skills test

    To third parties who perform functions on our behalf and who also provide services to us, such as professional advisors and IT consultants carrying out testing and development work on our IT systems.

    Personal information may be released to regulatory or law enforcement bodies if required to do so.

  • Who has access to data?

    In addition, to the previous list your information may be shared internally and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for performance of their roles.

  • How does the Agency protect data?

    Elliott Bauer Ltd takes the security of your data seriously. We have internal policies and controls in place to try to ensure that your data is not misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by its employees in the performance of their duties.

    Where Elliott Bauer Ltd engages third parties to process personal data on its behalf, they do so on the basis of written instructions, are under a duty of confidentiality and are obliged to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of data.
