For example, data might be collected through application forms or CVs; obtained from your passport or other identity documents such as your driving licence; from forms completed by you; from correspondence with you; or through interviews, meetings or other assessments. Data may also be collected from internet sources in the public domain.
Data will be stored on our in-house database and other in-house IT systems.

To third parties where we have retained them to provide services that have been requested including, references, qualifications and CRB checking services, verification of the details you have provided from third party source, psychometric evaluation or skills test

To third parties who perform functions on our behalf and who also provide services to us, such as professional advisors and IT consultants carrying out testing and development work on our IT systems.
Personal information may be released to regulatory or law enforcement bodies if required to do so.

Elliott Bauer Ltd takes the security of your data seriously. We have internal policies and controls in place to try to ensure that your data is not misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by its employees in the performance of their duties.
